Outdoor learning at ALP Nuneaton is an experiential learning approach that takes place in natural outdoor environments. It aims to educate and inspire learners through activities such as walking, kayaking, canoeing, stand up paddle boarding, rock-climbing, team-building exercises. Outdoor learning promotes personal growth, fosters emotional well-being and enhances skills such as problem-solving, leadership, teamwork and cooperation. All of the learners at ALP Nuneaton are encouraged to participate in a safe, challenging and enjoyable learning environment encompassing a sense of adventure and achievement. The outdoor learning programme creates hands-on learning experiences that connect the young people with nature and the environment.
