Amazing Art at ALP Nuneaton

As the Art Teacher at ALP Nuneaton I feel very proud to share that several of our children have won awards for their art work this term. What a wonderful occasion this was for ALP Nuneaton School as 3 of our students picked up a First place award at the Nuneaton Festival of Arts Mixed Media Craft Section. Josh Kweski, Kolby Rhodes Tomlin and Mervedi Kikomba were all winners and were awarded certificates for their art work, which was a really fantastic achievement. It was wonderful to see Kolby and Josh attend the Presentation evening with their super proud parents. Runners up included Brandon Bourbage 2nd place award, Zhilwan Abduljabbar 2nd place award, Aiden Allbrighton 3rd place award, and Harith Al Qubeissi Certificate of achievement. To add to the excitement, ALP Nuneaton School received a special King’s Coronation Trophy for effort and Perseverance. This trophy will be displayed with pride in the school as recognition of our Learners and Staff who consistently show effort, perseverance and resilience!

In my eyes, all the children have been working extremely hard to create some amazing art this year and they are all winners!  The childrens works are currently on display at Nuneaton Museum until 18th June 2023.

Here are some pictures of our proud winners collecting their awards!
