Dear Families,
As we come to the end of another term, I wanted to reflect on what has been a truly positive term for our school community.
This term, we have warmly welcomed a number of new learners to our school, and I am delighted to say that they have all settled in well. Our school continues to grow, and we are now proudly supporting 66 learners, with further growth anticipated in the future.
Alongside this, we have been busy redesigning areas of the school to ensure our environment continues to meet the diverse needs of our learners and supports them to thrive.
I am particularly excited to share that our new Forest School area has been carefully designed at the rear of our building which will allow us to further embed outdoor learning into our curriculum. This is a really important development for us and one that will offer rich, meaningful learning experiences for our learners.
I am especially pleased to share the results of our recent parent survey, where 100% of parents and carers agreed that they are happy with the level of support the school provides, that we inspire a love for learning, children are safe, making good progress and benefit from a range of rich school trips and external visits. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. If there is anything further you would ever like to discuss, please do not hesitate to get in touch; we are always more than happy to talk things through with you.
I would like to extend my thanks to all of our staff, who work tirelessly every day to support our learners with care, commitment and compassion. We hope you all have a restful and enjoyable Christmas break. School will reopen on Tuesday 6th January, and we are also looking forward to trialling after-school clubs in the new year — further details have already been shared.
Thank you, as always, for your continued support. I wish you and your families a peaceful Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Warmest wishes,
Bradley Rowley
