Hyenas have had a brilliant start to the new academic year!
They have been making new friends, exploring new surroundings and have returned with a great attitude to learning. This half term we are studying the Stone Age in History. We looked at how artefacts can tell us about the past, and looked at cave drawings to help us decide whether we would have wanted to have lived during the time of the Stone Age, or whether we prefer life today.
We then created our own cave drawings by sticking paper under our tables to create our own caves! The learners used reds, browns and blacks to create their own cave drawings depicting life in the Stone Age, with some fantastic results!
