“I have worked in Special Education for 9 years. I have always been passionate about ensuring all children have the best possible education for their future. Within my role as Curriculum Manager at ALP Nuneaton, I am able to work with an amazing team of professionals to design and implement a curriculum that is right for each of our learners and will open opportunities for them in their lives beyond the classroom. Whenever I am asked why I love my job, I never have one answer I can give, because I love everything about it. Seeing the children we care for succeed and overcome challenges they might have never thought possible reminds me of why I chose education, and continue to do so.”
