Since opening in 2021, I have had the pleasure of supporting and teaching the learners at ALP. I am completely inspired by the learners and have loved being able to support them on their education journey. It is a privilege to see and support our learners to grow into confident, young people and I particularly enjoy seeing how much the learners at ALP love coming to school. Helping to foster a love of learning is a passion of mine.
As Assistant Headteacher, I endeavour to ensure each learner has access to a curriculum that meets their needs, offers meaningful experiences and develops their skills ready for life after ALP. I have seen first hand the impact ALP can have on young peoples’ lives through high quality teaching and individualised learning experiences and I am committed to continuing to drive forward these unwavering standards.
