Donna Hatcher
Since joining ALP Schools in 2015, my passion is to ensure that the young people who come through the doors feel safe, welcome and look forward to coming into school. It is very important to me that all of our learner’s individual needs are met helping them to feel a part of the wider community.
I have led the development of Healthy Schools and embedding positive behaviour across the schools.
My aim is to ensure that all of our students are given the tools for making good choices, thus, helping them to succeed once leaving ALP.
