Donna Hatcher
Since joining ALP Schools in 2015, my passion has been ensuring that every young person who comes through our doors feels safe, welcome and genuinely excited to come to school. Having worked in special education for 11 years, I am deeply committed to safeguarding our learners and helping them progress and achieve.
I have successfully embedded robust safeguarding and positive behavior practices throughout the school, alongside leading the development of our Healthy Schools initiatives. My ultimate goal is to meet each learner’s individual needs, help them feel a true part of our wider community and equip them with the tools they need to make good choices for lifelong success after ALP.
