Bradley Rowley
Prior to my role as Executive Headteacher, I had been Headteacher at ALP Nuneaton for five years and am proud of everything the school has achieved during that time, particularly its continued growth and development. My focus is now supporting ALP Nuneaton and ALP Leicester through the next stage of their development in my role.
A key focus is supporting both schools to maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance, while continuing to grow in both numbers and expertise. I’m passionate about ensuring our schools continue to develop so that we can provide high-quality, specialist education and support to as many young people and families in our communities as possible.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing cricket for my local team, following football, and entertaining my three young children – who certainly keep me busy when I’m not at school!
