Since beginning my teaching career over six years ago, I have always been passionate about achieving the best for every student. Moving into SEN and my new role as Assistant Headteacher of Achievement has strengthened this passion, allowing me to support every learner to overcome challenges, celebrate their successes and achieve their full potential. For me, the small wins are what make my job so rewarding
