Sport and Physical Activity Coach

Salary: S5: £22,800 to £23,700

ALP Nuneaton is a newly established school for learners between the ages of 6 and 19 with Special Educational Needs. This is an exciting time for our expanding organisation as ALP Nuneaton becomes our fourth established school.

ALP Nuneaton provides continuity in learning for pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans. We are a short, medium and long-term provision for learners on the autistic spectrum or who have other special educational needs and challenging behaviour. We cater for young people in their primary, secondary and post-16 school years. The overarching purpose of our provision is to work with learners so that they are able to overcome the barriers to learning that they have previously encountered. We aim to offer flexible, structured and supportive needs led approaches.

We are looking for a sports and physical activity coach. The post holder will support tuition of sport and physical activity to small groups of SEN learners or on a one to one basis. Also acting as a Higher Level Tutor the post holder will engage with other teaching and learning activities under the direction and supervision of the Senior Management Team.

Learning Support Assistant

Salary: Grade S3 Pay Point 9 to 12 £20,400 – £21,300
